About Us
Gainium is a crypto trading bot platform built around testing before you trade. You can backtest strategies by hand (replaying the market bar by bar) or automatically, forward-test them in a paper trading account, and then run no-code Grid, DCA and Combo bots on major exchanges. Version 2.0 added manual backtesting and an automatic trade journal.
Gainium is open source: as well as the hosted app, there is a self-hosted Community Edition you can run on your own server. It includes a smart trading terminal, TradingView webhook bots, a crypto screener and trading calculators, plus an AI assistant called Max Gain that can answer questions using your own bot and portfolio data. Gainium also supports MCP, so you can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or n8n to your account.
Good for: traders who want serious backtesting and grid/DCA/Combo bots with a genuinely free tier.

- Free Forever – $0: 250 bot credits per month, single-pair bots on Bybit, Bitget, KuCoin and Hyperliquid
- Community Edition – $0: open source and self-hosted, unlimited bot credits, all exchanges, multi-pair bots
- Paid plans – from $15/month ($12/month billed annually), with higher tiers up to $109/month ($87.20/month billed annually) that add more bot and AI credits
Gainium also offers unlimited free trading on Hyperliquid.

Security
Gainium connects to your exchange account with API keys, so your funds stay on the exchange. Because the code is open source, you can inspect it or self-host the Community Edition and keep your API keys on your own infrastructure. Use API keys with trading permission only.
